The characteristics of EPACEM’s olein, allows it to remain as 100% edible liquid oil in both moderate and tropical climates.
Due to its triglyceride structure, palm olein is one of the best frying products, especially in the industrial segment. Olein’s high oxidation resistance delivers better durability and lower consumption.
Our stearin, in its natural state, does not require any additional processes to be the key ingredient in the production of industrial fat, industrial margarine, and table margarine.
